Delivery

We strive to provide you with the fastest service possible. All of the albums that are listed on The Ground is directly available from our warehouse. This means that when you order before 16:00 Finnish time those items will be shipped during that same day. The items leave from Helsinki and are delivered, in Finland, by the Finnish postal service. Domestic packages tend to arrive the next working day. On occasion the postal service may deliver your order within 2-3 working days after your order has been placed.

You will receive a verification email stating that your order has been sent. In addtion you have the opportunity of tracking your delivery by logging in.

Returns

You have the right to return a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. In addition to this we accept returns of items that were sold as defective.

In the case of a return we wish to receive your notice as an email to theground (-at-) theground.com

Payment methods

The Ground accepts Paypal, Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard credit and debit cards. Nordea, Sampo, Aktia as well as SP/POP Internet banking. The Ground never saves your Internet banking or credit card information, as payments are handled by secure 3rd parties. In the above cases either by your credit card company or your Internet banking service.
